Explanatory Notes Professional development opportunities require
that partners at all levels of the education system create conditions
that provide students with maximum opportunities to learn and reach
their potential. When
educators work collaboratively to implement an integrating process of
assessment and instruction, student achievement can improve. School
and system instructional leaders play a critical role in supporting staff
when applying an integrated approach that personalizes student assessment
and instruction.
